Refund Policy — 30-Day Confidence Guarantee
Underdawg Elite 1-on-1 Pressure-Response Coaching includes a 30-Day Confidence Guarantee for families who actively participate in the coaching process.
If your athlete attends scheduled coaching sessions, completes assigned reflection work and pressure-response assignments, and you still feel the coaching is not helping them build a stronger response under pressure, you may request a refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- Submit your request by email within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Your athlete must have attended scheduled coaching sessions.
- Your athlete must have completed the assigned coaching work.
- Include the name and email address used at purchase.
If these conditions are met, your payments will be refunded in full.
Refunds are not available after 30 calendar days or for families who stop participating, miss scheduled sessions, or do not complete assignments without communication.
This guarantee is designed to protect families who commit to the process and participate in the work.
