3) Refund Policy — Terms & Conditions Version
Refund Policy — 1-on-1 Coaching Underdawg Elite 1-on-1 Pressure Performance Coaching includes a 30-day refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, the parent/guardian must:
Request the refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Submit the request in writing by email.
Confirm that the athlete attended scheduled coaching sessions during the first 30 days.
Confirm that the athlete completed assigned reflection work, pressure assignments, or coaching tasks given during that period.
Provide the name and email address used at purchase.
If these conditions are met, the payment will be refunded in full.
Refunds will not be granted after 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Refunds are not available for families who do not attend scheduled sessions, do not complete assigned work, or stop participating without communication. By enrolling in Underdawg Elite 1-on-1 Pressure Performance Coaching, you agree to these refund terms.
